Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5 mg,
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 20 mg,
Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) 800 mcg,
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 25 mcg,
Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 164 mg
Recommended Dose
For adults, take 1 capsule daily or as prescribed by a physician.
