Each capsule contains:

Ascorbic Acid: 500 mg,

Zinc: 10 mg (equivalent to 27.50 mg Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate)

     Recommended Dose

For adults and children 12 years and older, take one capsule once a day, or, as recommended by a doctor. If the patient missed a dose, just take the next dose and the subsequent doses at the usual recommended schedule e.g. once a day. Do not double the dose. Follow all directions given to you by your doctor and pharmacist carefully.
